MobilRom, the operator of the mobile telephony network Dialog GSM signed Friday a $ 100 million loan agreement with the ING Barings and Societe Generale banks, MEDIAFAX informs.
The loan represents the first stage of a global package of at least $ 170 million which the International Financial Corporation will grant to MobilRom through ING Barings and Societe Generale.
The loan doesn’t have governmental guarantees and was granted in the best conditions existent on the capital market, Mobil Rom informs.
