The Dialog GSM mobile telephony has been working in Iasi since October 4, covering the whole Bucharest-Iasi national highway, MobilRom informs.
The Dialog network is accessible now in 91 cities of the country, 47 of them having a population of over 20,000 inhabitants and on 2,200 km of road, covering 45% of the population.
By the end of 1997 Dialog will be accessible in all the localities with over 100,000 inhabitants, on all the airports of the country, on the main national roads, which means that 71% of the population will have access to this service.
In June 1998 there will have been covered the localities with over 20,000 inhabitants and all the national roads, covering 89% of the population.
