Severin’s first opponents within PD

The Minister of Transport Traian Basescu considers that everybody within the Democratic Party agrees that Petre Roman is the most worthy, both as a politician and a party leader. Basescu declared that Adrian Severin’s recent hypotheses according to which there should be promoted new political leaders within the Democratic Party (PD), give birth to public speculations.
Basescu considers there should be changed some PD leaders, but only at the local level. He said that in the territory the image of the party leaders has been compromised and they cannot be maintained for ever." Basescu considers that Severin must bring consistent proofs regarding his declaration about the spies involved in some parties and newspapers, but he doesn’t agree with his affirmations regarding the future of the Democratic Party (PD).
