The Executive approved at the Thursday session a set od decisions regarding the organization of the commisions for the privatization of th commercial societies Banc Post, the Romanian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BRD) and the Agricultural Bank.
The members of the privatizing commissions are designated by the Romanian Central Bank (BNR), the National Privatizing Agency and the State Property Fund (FPS). They will be not allowed to hold the functions of administrator, member of the leading or supervising committees of any Romanian commercial bank, or any other paid function within the respective commercial societies before three years after the end of their function.
