The wind of reshuffle stirs up the political stage

Although announced as impending, there will be no reshuffle until the second half of December. The National Christian Democratic Peasant Party (PNTCD) announced that the party’s Co-ordination Council will meet on November 28 in order to analyse its activity since it has won the elections and it will also discuss the reshuffle problem. yet, the nomination of the ministers to be changed will be made on December 13, when the Government will analyse its activity during the one year of ruling.
The Domestic Affairs Minister Gavril Dejeu claim that some outstanding members of the Democratic Party (PD) ahead with the vice-president Radu Berceanu want his dismissal. Dejeu declared yesterday that there are rumours according to which PD aim at the function of Domestic Affairs minister. He also reminded that at the formation of the new government Berceanu wanted a seat of minister within the Domestic Affairs Ministry.
Dejeu considers that Radu Berceanu and the other PD members "are not interested in the restructuring of the Domestic Affairs Ministry, but in the Frontier Police". Dejeu specified that all those who accuse, or oppose the idea of improving the activity of the Frontier Police have certain "interests" such as the entering of the smuggling goods through the port of Constanta or other customs.
